Today we did a quadrilateral exploration task. After calculating lengths of sides and diagonals and then calculating slopes of sides and diagonals, students determined if their figure was a parallelogram, rectangle, square or rhombus.
Homework: Copy the notes below onto pages 1 and 2 in your Unit 2B: Similarity packet.

Tuesday, 2/4: Today we took notes on the Base Angle Theorem (Isosceles triangles) on page 23 (we also included information about equilateral triangles on this page). Then we took notes on page 24 on how to solve for an angle in an isosceles triangle. Then we took notes on page 25 on how to solve for a side in an isosceles triangle.
